| The judging panel was chaired by
Mr Paul Chu, General Committee Member of CMA, with Mr.
Ma Wai Mo, Chairman, Luk Ka International Limited, Mr
Liu Han Yung, Chief Art Editor of Sing Tao Daily, Mr
Matthew Leung, Head of Design, Hong Kong Trade Development
Council, Ms Candy Tam, Director of Creative Services,
Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and Ms. Teresita Khaw,
Art Director, Emphasis Custom Media as members of the
judging panel. They were all impressed by the creativity
and drawing skills demonstrated in the works.
The
champions and the runner-ups of both categories were
each awarded a trophy, a cash prize of HK$1,000, $500
and $300, a book coupon of HK$500, $400 and $300,
and a gift pack respectively. Consolation prizes winners
were each awarded a certificate, a book coupon of
HK$100 and a gift pack.

CMA hosts a Gratitude Dinner
To celebrate the enthusiastic response from the public,
CMA hosted a dinner reception to express sincere gratitude
to various sectors for their support to the 35th HKPE
on January 18, 2001.
CMA President Mr Chan Wing Kee delivered
a thank-you speech on the occasion. He gave credit
to the sponsor and co-organizers of the Expo for their
active participation in staging the Expo, making the
Expo a huge success in overseas promotion, exhibitors
recruitment and the number of visitors. Moreover,
Mr Chan also thanked for the support of the government
departments, community groups and private enterprises.
